53kg and under
1st of May: weighed in at 53.0kg which is such a victory. I started my personal training sessions on the 7th of May and I've done 3 sessions thus far with her and I am about to have my 4th session with her tomorrow. I'm excited about learning new things such as PUSH and PULL workouts, correcting my form, getting advice on nutrition and improving my diet and of course pushing myself with added weights. It's truly a new experience for me and I'm enjoying the process although sometimes it is easy to relapse into familiar territories - inclined treadmill walks. I've got a friend who also went through something similar and she's obsessed with health and how much stronger her body can get so I've been seeking advice from her as well and it's been really eye opening. I'm currently having my period and I weighed in at 54.4kg today. Normally, I would start freaking out. But for some reason, I'm currently in a place where I can reconcile quickly with h
